Come and Try It event and Stragglers Summer Sprint

Courses Colour Coded White to Orange plus Park Sprint and String Course
Courses suitable for all levels of ability and experience - ask for advice if unsure.
The White and Yellow courses are possible with large-wheeled pushchairs.
Sprint course suitable for experienced orienteers only. Under 16's accompanied by adult due to some controls in car park/estate area.
   Race 1. 2.0k starts between 10.30 and 12.00.
   Race 2. 2.2k start 14.00 plus morning time.
Location Lower Castle Park, Bridge near Leisure World. Grid Reference TM000258.
Park in Leisure World Car Park or use one of town centre car parks.
Please contact the organiser if you are bringing a coach or other large vehicle.
Map Open parkland. 1:5,000, 5m contours.
Your course will be printed on your map, which will be bagged.
Times Registration by bridge between 10.00 and 14.30.
Please contact the organiser if you are bringing a large number of competitors.
Start between 10.30 to 14.30.
Start times will not be pre-allocated, no booking required.
Courses close at 15.00 - you must report to the Finish by this time.
Fees Come and Try It courses - £2 Senior, £1 Junior/student/unwaged, £4 family.
Sprint - £4 Senior, £2 Junior.

Toilets are located within park grounds.
Dogs Dogs are allowed in the Car Park and under control on some courses.
